Irene Seiferling, Chair of the Board, wishes to announce the following changes in the Board’s membership effective November 14, 2025:
Trevor Forrest has retired down from the Board on expiry of his term of service. The Board is grateful to Trevor for his great dedication over the years. Trevor leaves behind a strong legacy of integrity, commitment, and sound governance. Irene also announces a new Board appointment by the Minister of Justice, Erin Kleisinger, K.C to join the Board effective November 14, 2025. Erin is a highly regarded lawyer in the province, recognized for her deep expertise, sound judgment, and unwavering commitment to her profession. She brings a distinguished record of board leadership across several organizations, and her background and professional experience will bring valuable perspective to the Foundation’s work.
