David Chow, K.C., who has served on the Law Foundation of Saskatchewan board since 2019 has been appointed to the Provincial Court in Moose Jaw.
Judge Chow brought to the Foundation his significant expertise in civil litigation, family law, and commercial law. Judge Chow also served two terms as an Elected Bencher with the Law Society of Saskatchewan from 2012 to 2018 until he was appointed to the board of the Law Foundation of Saskatchewan, where he was most recently serving as Chair.
Lee Anne Schienbein, Vice-Chair thanked Judge Chow for his extraordinary service to the Foundation. Ms. Schienbein becomes Acting Chair effective immediately.
