What are the deadlines?
The Foundation meets quarterly - usually in March, June, September, and December - to consider applications.
Applications
must be submitted not less than three weeks before a meeting. To be on the safe side, submit 9 copies of your application to the
Secretary.

Where are the meetings held?
Usually the September and March meetings are held in Regina, and the June and December meetings are held in
Saskatoon. As the Foundation may request that you be present to speak to your application, you may wish to schedule
your application accordingly.

Where should I send my 9 copies of the application?
They should be sent to the Secretary.
Are there any application guidelines I should follow?
The application form itself contains a number of conditions
with which all applicants must comply. Please consult the form first,
and then if you have any questions as to how your organization should proceed,
the Secretary can provide additional information.
